Setup Credentials or Fix Login Issues
1. Click the Forgot Password? button.
2. Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
3. If you see “User is not found.” your email isn’t on file—contact someone at your station to have your personnel account set up.
4. If you receive the email, click the reset link and enter your email, new password, and confirm password (follow the password requirements).
5. Log in with your email address and new password.
